Data processing relating to web services provided by this site (physically hosted on the Italian territory) is performed at Data Controller headquarters in Monza, only by personnel authorized by Data Controller. Personal data collected are not communicated abroad.
Occasionally, third-party suppliers of Pluspipe S.r.l. may be authorized to temporarily access the site’s memory for exclusive technical assistance reasons, under the supervision of the Data Controller and in compliance with the law. Except for this case, no personal data deriving from the user’s contact with this site is communicated to third parties or otherwise disclosed.

Types of data processed

Browsing data

The computer systems and software programs used for the functioning of this website, during their normal operation, acquire some personal data of users whose transmission is implicit in the use of communication protocols via Internet. These are data that are not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and cross-referencing with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
In this category of data, defined as “browsing data”, there are the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users to connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the user’s computer environment.
Browsing data is collected for the sole purpose of allowing the user to use the content published on this website and for the proper management of the site itself. The processing in an automated and aggregated form of such data has the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and of checking the correct functioning of the latter; they are deleted immediately after processing. These data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any cyber attacks against our site: except for this case, data on web contacts are generally not kept for more than 18 months.

The free and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses with the extension showed on this site necessarily entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, indispensable for responding to requests, as well as all other personal data possibly inserted in the email and in its attachments (for example personal curricula, commercial, accounting and administrative documents, etc.).
The legal bases and the purposes of the processing, therefore, consist of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to respond to the communications received, or of its need to satisfy pre-contractual or contractual requests made by the data subject.
The data will be kept for the time necessary to process the requests of the sender or the matters submitted by the latter to the Data Controller, and, in any case, for the time imposed by specific provisions of law. In any case, the sender has the right to request the deletion of data according to the methods, conditions and limits established by art. 17 of the GDPR.
It is user’s responsibility to verify in advance that he / she has the consent, permission or authorization to send to this site personal data of third parties or contents protected by rules or contracts. Pluspipe cannot be held in any way responsible for the user’s failure to acquire the necessary consents, permissions or authorizations.

With the exception of what is specified about the browsing data, user is free to provide, at his discretion, personal data to request information, contractual services, services in general. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

Data processing methods

Personal data sent are processed in electronic format, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed as required by current legislation to prevent events such as loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use of the data itself and unauthorized access.

Data subjects’ rights

The user, pursuant to articles 15 and following of the GDPR, has the right to request, at any time, access to his/her personal data, the correction or deletion of the data, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the data concerning the user himself, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR.
The user, at any time, can revoke the consent given pursuant to art. 7 of the GDPR, and may lodge a complaint pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR to the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, if he/she thinks that the processing of his/her data is contrary to current legislation.
The user, for reasons related to his/her particular situation, can also formulate a request for opposition to the processing of his personal data pursuant to art. 21 of the GDPR: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the request, which would not be accepted in the event of the existence of legitimate cogent reasons for proceeding with processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the user.

This site processes personal data in a legal and technically correct manner, adopting the appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction or data breach. The processing is carried out using telematic / IT tools, with logic and organizational methods strictly related to the purposes indicated.
